• RFQ data: product requirements, quantities, target prices, certifications, intended use, delivery dates.
• Supplier data: company profile, product catalog, certifications, production capacity, references.
• Technical usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time stamps (for analytics and security).

2. How we use your data

• To match buyers with suitable suppliers via our AI algorithms.
• To improve our matching engine and user experience.
• To communicate about RFQs, offers, and platform updates.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, anti‑fraud, export control).

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share necessary information (RFQ details) with potential suppliers only when a match occurs. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used for market analytics and platform improvement.

4. Data retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion by contacting us.

5. Your rights
